The Controller processes personal data in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Legislative Decree 196/2003 and applicable data protection provisions.

During navigation and use of the services, the following categories of data may be collected:

Turismo e Ambiente S.r.l. uses AIMOODE CRM to manage contacts, requests and commercial relationships. Activities include: acquiring and organising contacts, managing forms and requests, organising sales opportunities, recording communications, automated follow-ups, contact segmentation, sending newsletters, recording preferences and consents, managing unsubscriptions, and analysing communication performance. Processors are designated under Art. 28 GDPR where applicable.

Emails sent via AIMOODE CRM may contain tracking technologies (pixels and monitored links) to detect opens and clicks, used to measure effectiveness and improve relevance. Processing complies with the Italian Data Protection Authority's guidelines of 17 April 2026 on tracking pixels in email communications. Where required, individual monitoring is subject to informed consent. You may withdraw tracking consent without forfeiting commercial communications by writing to servizi-meteo@tempoitalia.it.

The site uses Google Analytics 4 to obtain information on page usage and user interactions. The service may process data on device, browser, traffic source, pages consulted, session duration and navigation events, and may use cookies to distinguish users and sessions. Some technology providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Any international transfers comply with Articles 44 et seq. of the GDPR, based on adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or other permitted instruments.

Data is retained for a period proportionate to the purposes: contact and quote requests for the time needed to handle them; contractual and administrative data for the duration of the relationship and subsequent legal periods (ordinarily ten years for accounting records); commercial communication data per expressed preferences; technical data per applicable periods. At the end of the applicable periods, data is deleted or anonymised.

Pursuant to Articles 15–22 GDPR, you may exercise: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, and rights regarding automated decisions.
